Mr. B's Joybox Express Chelsea - Ann Arbor Ride - Sunday, July 13th!

Join Mr. B and the Joybox Express for the annual  Mr. B's Joybox Express Chelsea - Ann Arbor Ride! Start with a concert by Mr. B at the Chelsea District Library at 2 p.m. and hit the road around 3:30 p.m. Participate in a short ride (approximately 2 miles) - escorting the team out of town and returning to the Library with a marshal - or pedal alongside the Joybox Express piano bike all the way to Ann Arbor (approximately 15 miles) where the ride will culminate at 5:30 p.m. with another concert by Mr. B at the Wolverine State Brewing Company.  Registration is required.

Tune Up & Gear Up Program - Sundays 2-3:30PM starting June 1st!

Artrain, Inc., in partnership with the  Chelsea Wellness Center, will be offering Mr. B's Joybox Express Tune Up & Gear Up cycling preparation program. The five week program will take place at the Chelsea Wellness Center, located at 14800 East Old US Highway 12 in Chelsea, Michigan on Sundays starting June 1st, 2014.The goal of the Tune Up & Gear Up program is to promote bicycle skills, maintenance, physical training and the rules of the road to spur cycling interest and confidence.

Team Cyclist Position Open

Artrain, Inc. seeks an outgoing cyclist and team member for the Joybox Express 2014 Mississippi River Road Ride tour. Jazz and blues musician Mark "Mr. B" Braun, accompanied by three cyclists, will ride the Joybox Express piano bike the length of the Mississippi River over the course of 3 months, starting in Lake Itasca, Minnesota, and ending in New Orleans, Louisiana. Cyclists will provide power to the JBE, support community programming and assist the tour manager with tour operations.

Tour Manager Position Open

Artrain, Inc. seeks an outgoing college graduate or equivalent to manage the Joybox Express 2014 Mississippi River Road Ride tour. Jazz and blues musician Mark "Mr. B" Braun, accompanied by three cyclists, will ride the Joybox Express piano bike the length of the Mississippi River over the course of 3 months, starting in Lake Itasca, Minnesota, and ending in New Orleans, Louisiana. The tour manager will travel the route as part of the JBE team, fostering consciousness about art and physical activity.
